Well, New York City is one of the most exciting places in United States to visit. You get to be a part of all the sites, all the famous landmarks and all the tourists. A must-see location in New York is Harlem. It is even more exciting with all of the culture and history surrounding the city streets and visible all over the place. In addition, to all of the exciting sites, there are so many great places to eat.

In fact, if you happen to be in Harlem, you have to check out some of the great restaurants in the area. There is a host of wonderful places dine with friends or listen to good music. Also, there are places where you can come and spend the evening with something special while enjoying true ambiance and a pleasant atmosphere.
Now there are the well-known spots where most tourists usually go, but if you dare to venture a little further, you can find a jewel of a restaurant that you will be sure to tell your friends about for years to come. The place I am referring to is called Melba’s is located at 300 W. 114th Streetat Frederick Douglass Blvd. in Harlem.

She has succeeded in doing just that. The restaurant has just the right mix of class and a community feel. The food is a mix of Southern style soul food and the latest gourmet cuisine. Open daily, there is more than enough time to enjoy the fresh, from scratch prepared meals.
